The very worst Waitrose you could ever visit. Poor stock levels. Cut flowers dead. General lack of cleanliness. Staff demoralised and completely uninterested. Customer service is ZERO Not fit to carry the Waitrose name. From experience when Lutterworth staff deliver your order you are likely to encounter offensive substitutions, for example vegetarian products will be replaced with BEEF.
